Endearing thought of relative success, Dedication and excellence do rest. Utmost glory and pride to Him it brings. Constant desire to reach the prize stands still. A lot of people earnestly wait, to Tap their skills and hone their abilities. Incessant toils of sleepless nights unveil, Overt honor will later be surveyed. Now, fight the plight with faith and hope so bright!

BUT

Being an educator, according to one of my teachers is a very difficult task. In whatever thing you do, wherever you are, and whomever you may be with, all eyes are on you, because you bear such word as 'teacher'. Having such high respect from others is a blessing and a challenge as well. Carefully chosen words, demure actions and gestures, high moral values, and premier intellectual capacity are expected. More so, teachers are not just purveyors of intellect, they also should serve as GOOD EXAMPLES worthy of EMULATION . BUT There is one teacher who kept on comparing us to other students. This teacher said, "Bakit yung iba natapos kaagad?" I even heard this teacher saying, "Ang hina niyo naman" right before our face. Is that the kind of legacy you want to leave? Are thosethe kind of words you want us to remember about you? Is that what you call motivation? I really got irritated when I heard all these. BUT Then, who am I to judge that teacher? a DIFFERENT perspective

Gone were the days when the teaching and learning scenarios in classrooms were dominated by the teacher and the students passively received knowledge. Nowadays, the realm of education offers a novel way of getting students learn more effectively and efficiently by means of introducing project-based learning (PBL). Project-based learning is a student-centered approach in engaging students to think critically, to ignite curiosity, to decide for themselves, to ask questions, and to work with others. This approach emphasizes the use of projects in the form of artifacts, poems, short stories, even dance presentation and the like to determine the students’ understanding and mastery of a certain topic. This innovation in teaching asserts that the teaching-and-learning process is dynamic. There is NO definite approach that would address the needs of students from divergent generations.
